Something for every athlete. Whether you're chasing a first back walkover or a national title, NRG has a program built for you.
NRG's girls competitive program operates under USA Gymnastics (USAG) and trains athletes across both the JO (Junior Olympic) and Xcel tracks. Our girls team competes at local, regional, and state levels — and athletes have gone on to compete at the national level.
Practices are structured to build not just skill, but discipline, teamwork, and the mental toughness that defines great athletes. Coaches evaluate each gymnast individually and design progressions around where they are, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Team Placement: All new athletes interested in the competitive team must complete an evaluation session. Contact us to schedule your athlete's assessment.

Men's artistic gymnastics is one of the most demanding sports in the world — and one of the most rewarding. NRG's boys program trains athletes on all six men's events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar.
Our boys team competes under USAG's men's artistic program at local, regional, and state competitions. We welcome beginners with the right foundation and ambitious athletes ready to push to higher levels.
